Appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advanced. Appointments needing to be scheduled outside of  window will be charged an additional $50. All appointments REQUIRE a $30 deposit to book unless specified otherwise. If you would prefer to book direct there is a $15 charge due at booking.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you are fifteen minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. Canceled appointments will need to rebook with a new deposit. Any No Call/No show appointments will be charged 100% of appointment balance and cancelled.

There are NO refunds. Please ensure you are satisfied with service before leaving.  Deposits are made to hold appointment slot. If appointment is missed or canceled, the deposit is forfeited.   

House Calls must be booked THREE days in advanced of desired appointment date. Mileage is charged .70 cents per mile from business location. Arrival times may vary from appointment time due to starting location, traffic, etc. Communication will be given with updates for arrival time.
