PLEASE READ BELOW

All new clients must book a consultation. The consultation will allow me to assess your hair, while learning your hair goals and expectations. At the the of your consultation, we will book your Tailored appointment based on availability. Any appointments booked directly with me via phone is an additional charge of $15 and will be added to your final total. Cash ONLY to pay remaining balance.

All appointments require a $30 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Policies & Fees

Refunds

There are NO refunds. No exceptions! Discounts may be given depending on circumstances.

Arrival

Please arrive to your appointment at least five minutes early. If you are going to be late, please call. If you arrive fifteen minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. If you No Call No Show once, you will have to pay balance upfront in order to continue to book.

Availability

Appointments must be booked 7 days in advanced. If you need an appointment outside of first available appointment, there will be an additional $125 charge.

House Calls

House calls are available to book for an additional $75 up to a 15 mile radius. Additional $25 for any travel over 15 miles up to an additional 15 miles.
